Stags took an early 2-0 lead at Luxol Sports Club, Malta, through goals from strikers Zayn Hakeem and Tyler Blake, before St Andrews hit back to secure a 4-2 victory.
Manager Steve Evans will oversee a first team match against a Malta Football Players Association XI this evening.
