Stags' winger Alex MacDonald returned to action in Tuesday's behind-closed-doors friendly with Peterborough and he will travel to Accrington with the rest of the squad.
Fellow winger Alfie Potter, however, has a slight calf strain and will be assessed ahead of the weekend.
Accrington will hope to welcome 'two players' back to their squad from the group who missed the defeat to Yeovil through injury.
Stags have enjoyed an unbeaten start to their Sky Bet League Two campaign, recording a draw and a win from their opening two fixtures.
They drew 2-2 with Crewe Alexandra on the first day of the season when efforts from striker Danny Rose and defender David Mirfin cancelled out Chris Porter's double.
Seven days later, striker Rose got his second of the campaign and winger Paul Anderson bagged his maiden Stags' goal to ensure victory was secured over EFL newcomers Forest Green Rovers.
Stanley have won one and lost one so far in their league campaign.
They recorded a 3-1 victory at home to Colchester United on the opening day, before succumbing to a 3-2 defeat away to Yeovil Town last week.
The sides last came face-to-face in February 2017, which turned out to be an eventful night at One Call Stadium.
The match finished 4-4 and Stags twice came from behind to rescue a point during the eight-goal thriller.
Defender Omar Beckles and midfielder Shay McCartan put Stanley 2-0 ahead inside the first half an hour, before defender Rhys Bennett bundled the ball over the line to halve the deficit.
However, former Stag Billy Kee restored their two goal advantage when he hit a dipping half-volley which flew under the bar into the back of the net.
Defender Hayden White then scored Stags' second of the evening during first half stoppage time when he headed home from Joel Byrom's corner.
Stags were much the better side in the second half and got a deserved equaliser in the 63rd minute when striker Shaq Coulthirst slotted home a penalty following a foul on defender Krystian Pearce.
But the game wasn't level for long. Just three minutes later, Kee got his second of the evening from the spot as Pearce blocked off the former Stag in the box.
With Stags heading for their first defeat in nine games, striker Yoann Arquin scored a sensational late leveller.
The Frenchman let the ball drop over his shoulder before firing a ferocious half-volley into the back of the net from 35 yards out.

The referee for the fixture will be Darren Bond and he will be assisted by Nick Greenhalgh and James Mainwaring. Peter Gibbons will be the fourth official.
