Read exclusive interview with Krystian Pearce in The Stag

10 September 2016

Read an exclusive interview with centre-half Krystian Pearce in today's matchday programme, The Stag.

Pearce, 26, is now in his second season with the club and he speaks about the importance of momentum, his determination to improve and how he feels about coming up against his old boss, Martin Allen, in today's game.

Supporters will also receive a FREE reversible pull-out poster with The Stag, featuring an action shot and a portrait of Pearce.

Legendary full-back Sandy Pate remembers how former Stags' defender Stuart Boam introduced him to the town - and dialect - of Mansfield when he joined the club from Watford in 1967.

The Stag also features chairman John Radford's programme notes, where he exclusively reveals plans for a pre-season trip to Malta ahead of the 2017-18 season, and manager Adam Murray explains his definition of 'team' in his weekly column.

Looking at this afternoon's opponents Barnet, football historian Leigh Edwards profiles four of the Bees' most famous faces, and supporters can also view stats from their last match, which was abandoned against Newport County.

Winger CJ Hamilton reveals his likes in our 'My Favourite Things' feature, as well as consigning his pet hates into Room 101.

The Stag is available to purchase for just £3 from the club shop, merchandise stall or any of our programme vendors around the ground.
