Mansfield Town Ladies will begin their 2016/17 East Midlands Women's Regional Football League campaign this Sunday with a home match against Notts County Development.
Taking place on 'the top pitch' at One Call Stadium (2.00pm kick-off), the Stagettes will be looking to get their season off to a flyer against the Magpies. The top pitch is located next to the 3G astroturf, opposite the Sandy Pate Sports Bar.
It's been a summer of change in the Ladies setup after former manager Lewis Saxby was replaced by former Notts County Academy coach Tony Palmer.
Palmer has been tasked with winning promotion within the next two seasons and he has already started to put his stamp on the squad with a number of summer acquisitions.
The Stagettes finished last season in fourth position, 13 points behind runaway winners Long Eaton United and they're expected to mount a much more serious promotion challenge this season.
County, meanwhile, finished the last campaign just two points behind the Stagettes in sixth, but a rather daunting 14 points separated the sides.
The match is free for all spectators on Sunday, and anyone wishing to watch the game can park for free in the One Call Stadium car park.
