Mansfield Town have been rewarded for its food practices with a five star hygiene rating from Mansfield District Council, the club is delighted to announce.
The rating, the highest which can be awarded, encompasses the clubâs Sandy Pate Sports Bar as well as food kiosks which are open on a home matchday at One Call Stadium.The clubâs operations director Tina Broughton said: âThis terrific rating highlights our commitment to food hygiene, which continues to be of the utmost importance in our very popular Sandy Pate Sports bar and kiosks.
âThe rating is testament to the great work of our new head chef, kiosk manager and all of our staff.
âOur customers will be very pleased but not surprised by the news, as we continue to receive a lot of highly positive feedback on our offerings.
âThe rating reflects that the club is continuing to move forward in all areas,â added Mrs Broughton
In total, the club operates a full-time kitchen and nine matchday kiosks -Â all of which have been awarded a five star rating.
The clubâs Sandy Pate Sports Bar is located at One Call Stadium, Mansfield, at the rear of the Ian Greaves Stand and is open seven days a week.
