A strong presence as the last line of defence for the Stags’ young guns, 20-year-old Adam Hassan was signed in 2016 after impressing as a trialist.
Blessed with a towering frame and quick reflexes, the former Notts County man has established himself as the number one for the under 21s this term with eye-catching performances against the likes of Rotherham United in the Central League.
Hassan also regularly travels with the first team to help warm up senior goalkeepers Scott Shearer and Brian Jensen.
