Family support paves way for Gobern in The Stag

22 November 2016

Supporters attending this evening's Sky Bet League Two clash at home to Blackpool can purchase a copy of The Stag, our matchday programme, for just £3.

Stags' midfielder Oscar Gobern is the subject of the feature interview in The Stag and he speaks about the influence of his family, including older brother Lewis, who played for a number of clubs between 2004 and 2011.

Furthermore in The Stag, supporters can view the best photos from Saturday's 3-1 win at home to Crawley Town on our match action spread, whilst attacking midfielder James Baxendale reveals his likes and dislikes in My Favourite Things and Room 101.

Journalist Tom Errington continues his 'one game wonders' feature with full-black Paul Black, who made his solitary appearance for the Stags in the FA Cup drubbing of St Albans City.

Young supporters can entertain themselves with Sammy the Stag's page which includes a wordsearch, matchday bingo and Stags in Disguise anagrams!

And for the football purists, our quiz pages on 42 and 43 offer a number of brain-wracking questions about global football.

Don't forget - look out for manager Steve Evans' signature on any random page in The Stag. If you receive a signed copy, bring it to our ticket office on Quarry Lane in exchange for a pair of match tickets for our fixture against Colchester United.

The Stag costs just £3 from our ticket office, the merchandise stall or any of our programme vendors.
