The Sandy Pate Sports Bar is the perfect place to watch the fantastic Euro 2016 action today!
The second round of group stage games gets underway today after yesterday's games ensured every country has now played one match.
Last night saw frustrations boil over in St Etienne as minnows Iceland held Portugal to a 1-1 draw courtesy of a Birkir Bjarnason second-half equaliser.Â
The result means that underdogs Hungary top Group E after their impressive 2-0 victory over Austria earlier in the day.Â
And now that every side has shown their hand, it's time for the groups to start taking shape.Â
The action begins today at 2pm when Russia take on Slovakia in the Stade Pierre-Mauroy. Both sides had encouraging displays in their respective first matches, as Russia's last-gasp equaliser denied England an opening game win, whilst Slovakia were narrowly beaten 2-1 by Wales.Â
After events in Lille conclude, Group A action begins as Romania face Switzerland at the magnificent Parc des Princes in Paris at 5pm. A victory for the Swiss will ensure they reach the knockout stages for the first time in their history following their 1-0 victory over Albania on Saturday.Â
The hosts then round off the day's action at 8pm as Didier Deschamps' France travel to Marseille to play group underdogs Albania, with victory for Les Bleus ensuring their progression to the Round of 16.Â
Every game will be shown LIVE in the Sandy Pate Sports Bar, which is located at the back of the Ian Greaves Stand at One Call Stadium.Â
Food will be served in the bar between 12pm and 8pm, whilst drinks will be served until the bar closes at midnight.Â
Visitors to the bar are reminded that our weekly poker night will still take place at 8pm, despite the football being shown. The buy-in is just £5 and you could walk away with a massive jackpot!
