The summer holidays are fast approaching and our Football in the Community department have plenty of summer courses to keep local youngsters entertained!
The first course will begin on Tuesday 26 July and will run every week until Friday 02 September, costing just £15 per day.Â
The courses run from 8.30am until 4pm and are suitable for children aged 6-11 and 12-14, both male and female.Â
Our fantastic Football in the Community coaches will coach youngsters the fundamentals of football such as passing, shooting, heading, dribbling and turning, all in the form of fun and enjoyable game-related sessions. There will also be the opportunity to partake in indoor games such as table tennis, games consoles and table football.
To sign your child up for any of the courses, please download, complete and return the application form to Football in the Community. Â
Separately, Football in the Community have a brand new website for supporters to keep up-to-date with all news and events, which can be accessed at
www.mansfieldtownfitc.net. They also have a new direct contact number: 01623 656920.
The first home pre-season match of the year takes place on Saturday against Bolton Wanderers and we have two mascots for the occasion!
