Coming up in the Sandy Pate Sports Bar

The Sandy Pate Sports Bar is all set for an action-packed week of live football and superb offers on food and drink.

Meal deals are available today and tomorrow – a ‘curry and a pint’ is a mere £5.95 today and for the same price on Tuesday, a burger and pint can be purchased!

The Sports Bar is set to play host to its regular poker night on Wednesday from 8pm, entry is free to the venue however a buy-in will be required to take part.

There’s live football all week with action from the Barclays Premier League, the Sky Bet Championship and the Johnstone’s Paint Trophy.

Louis Van Gaal takes his Manchester United side to St James’ Park to face Steve McClaren’s Newcastle United and the game is live on BT Sport on Tuesday night (7.45pm kick-off).

On Wednesday evening, it’s a clash of the titans in the Premier League from Anfield as Liverpool take on leaders Arsenal (8pm kick-off), also live on BT Sport at the Sandy Pate Sports Bar.

Sky Sports take over on Thursday night with Johnstone’s Paint Trophy action from the New Den, as Millwall welcome Oxford United (7.45pm) on the back of their thrilling 3-2 victory over Swansea in the Emirates FA Cup. 

Ending the week on Friday night is Championship action as Brentford entertain Burnley at Griffin Park – again a 7.45pm kick-off.

Supporters are reminded that parking is free for the venue behind the Ian Greaves Stand at One Call Stadium.
