Midfielder Keaton Ward was a stand-out performer in the Stags' under 16s last season and will now be looking to nail down a place in John Dempster's side this season.
Ward has a real knack of finding pockets of space on the pitch which makes him difficult to mark.
After recognising intelligent space on the pitch, he then has the ability to use his creativity to exploit the space and create openings for the forwards.
The youngster is currently enjoying a one-month loan with local Evo-Stik East Division outift, AFC Mansfield, and is due back with the Stags on March 09.
