Enjoy an action-packed week at Sandy Pate Sports Bar

25 April 2016

The Sandy Pate Sports Bar is set for a busy week and supporters are invited to come and enjoy the atmosphere.

On MONDAY, the bar offers a ‘curry and a pint’ deal which is priced at a mere £5.95. Also on the night, ‘An Evening with Krystian Pearce’ takes place as he reflects on the 2015-16 campaign amongst other topics.

Also on MONDAY, title-chasers Tottenham Hotspur host West Bromwich Albion as they look to keep the pressure on Leicester City, who currently occupy the summit of the Premier League. The bar will be showing the second half of the match, following the conclusion of the Q&A evening.

TUESDAY sees the curry replaced by a burger alongside the pint, which is again £5.95. Furthermore, Manchester City take on Real Madrid in the Champions League semi-final first-leg (7.45pm), which will again be shown live in the Sandy Pate Sports Bar.

WEDNESDAY plays host to our poker night at 8pm – like every day this week, it will be free entry. Meanwhile, there’s more European action as Atletico Madrid face Bayern Munich in the other Champions League semi-final at 7.45pm.

On THURSDAY, there will be a reward for the loyalty of our ardent fans, as the club will make a cash draw in the bar for season ticket holders. A huge £800 can be won this week, so make sure you get yourselves down to the bar!

A season ticket number will be picked at three random times between the hours of 7pm and 9pm every Thursday. To be in with a chance of winning the cash prize, season ticket holders must be present in the bar with their season ticket card.

And the fantastic football continues as there’s Europa League action with Liverpool travelling to Villarreal in their search for another trophy to add to their collection at 7.45pm.

Supporters are reminded that breakfast will also be served on FRIDAY and SATURDAY from 8am-11am. Visitors to the bar can enjoy full English breakfasts, beans on toast, bacon cobs plus much more!

Also on FRIDAY, there will be an entertaining disco and karaoke night which is sure to bring in the crowds once again. Meanwhile, St Andrew’s is the venue as Birmingham City come up against second-placed Middlesbrough as Aitor Karanka’s men look to fend off the consistent challenge of Brighton & Hove Albion at 7.45pm.

The Sandy Pate Sports Bar is located at the back of the Ian Greaves Stand. Parking for all attendees is FREE.
