Chairman reflects on campaign so far in 'The Stag'

16 April 2016

Chairman John Radford reflects on the season so far in our matchday publication, The Stag, ahead of the local derby with Notts County this afternoon (1pm kick-off).

Boss Adam Murray also talks about ‘creating a future’ at One Call Stadium and finishing the campaign on a positive note, while top scorer Matt Green is the feature interview as he discusses his footballing memories with Mansfield.

There’s an in-depth look at the afternoon’s opponents, Notts County, and Chad journalist John Lomas reminisces candidly about his first experience of watching the Magpies when he was a child, due to his dad’s staunch loyalties.

Seasoned journalist Tim Morriss profiles one of the club’s most well-remembered managers, Keith Curle, while academy manager John Dempster remembers the big matches he was involved in when as a player.

Defender Krystian Pearce is next in the hotseat for our ‘What If?’ questions, and we continue our ‘Exiled Fans’ section as Ian Messner tells the story of one of his favourite moments supporting the Stags.

The programme can be bought from our ticket office on Quarry Lane, the merchandise stall behind the Ian Greaves Stand or from our programme sellers positioned around the ground for only £3.
