Notts County full-back Blair Adams has joined us on a one month loan deal, the club are pleased to announce.
The 24-year-old has made 70 appearances in the past two seasons at League One level for both Notts County and Coventry City.
He will head straight into tonight’s squad as Adam Murray’s men face Yeovil Town at Huish Park without defenders Nicky Hunt, Krystian Pearce and Mal Benning.
“He's a player who we feel will fit in to our philosophy,” said Murray, speaking about Adams.
“He has an excellent pedigree. As a full back he is attack-minded, quick and technically excellent.
“We feel that he will fill the void left by the tremendous performances of Mal Benning so far this season and I believe Blair will make this position his own.
“He has the right mental toughness to fit into our family and will add to our squad.”
The manager is expected to give an update on Mal Benning’s injury shortly.
