Carlisle United up first for Murray's men. First away game at Notts County.
Mansfield Town will host Carlisle United at One Call Stadium on Saturday 08 August in the opening game of the new Sky Bet League Two season.
Adam Murray’s team learned their fate when the fixtures for the new campaign were released by the Football League at 9.00am this morning.
The Stags’ first away game of the season will be on Saturday 15 August, when they make the short trip down the road to take on arch rivals Notts County.
On Boxing Day, supporters will have to make a long journey to the North-West to see Murray’s men in action as they take on Morecambe.
The second local derby of the season against Notts County is scheduled to take place at One Call Stadium on Saturday 16 April, before the campaign concludes three weeks later with a home game against Cambridge United.
Supporters should note that there are six midweek games – two of which are at home and FOUR of which are away. The midweek away games are at Accrington Stanley (18 Aug), Stevenage (29 Sep), Yeovil Town (20 Oct) and Exeter City (19 Apr).
The Stags’ first visit to The Hive Stadium, home of Barnet, is pencilled in for Saturday 28 November, whilst they visit the other team promoted from the Vanarama Premier, Bristol Rovers, on Saturday 12 March.
The last away match of the campaign is at relegated side Leyton Orient on Saturday 30 April.
