We are pleased to announce that Mansfield Town have helped to organise a children’s Christmas Party which will be attended by a selection of the club’s players.
In conjunction with the Stags Supporters’ Association, our Football in the Community department have organised the occasion following the monumental success of the Halloween party in October.
Taking place on Wednesday 23 December at Jango’s Play Centre, the event will be attended by a number of Stags’ first team squad who will join in the festivities, talking to the youngsters and their families.
The party is open to children under the age of 16 and takes place from 6.30pm-8.30pm. Stags’ fans are reminded that booking soon is essential as there are limited spaces available, and like many of the SSA events, tickets are snapped up quickly.
Admission is priced at £5 for non-SSA members, whilst SSA members can enter the event for free.
The festive celebrations are being marked in style the Football in the Community department, who are also hosting a ‘Christmas Cracker’ event in the community room at One Call Stadium. Coaches will be teaching attendees the fundamentals of football, using fun-based activities and games. Kids will also have the chance to play table football, pool and table tennis.
The ‘Christmas Cracker’ will take place over two days on Monday 21 December and Tuesday 22 December, and it’s open to boys and girls aged 9-14, costing £15 per day.
To book your place on either event, email community@mansfieldtown.net or alternatively you can phone 07977 428147.
