New paperback look to programme this season | On sale this Saturday | 76-pages packed with fresh features, opinion and interviews

For the first time in the club’s history, the programme will be bound by a proper spine, making ‘The Stag’ appear as a 76-page mini-book.

The debut edition of the new programme will includ the notes of our Chairman John Radford, manager Adam Murray and ‘The Big Interview’ with summer signing Mitchell Rose.

Also included in this new publication are the thoughts of Chad Sports Writer, John Lomas, who previews the new season aswell as seasoned journalist Tim Morriss, who looks back on the life of the Stags’ former manager, Andy King.

Furthermore you can remember your heroes as we delve into the archives to show you a selection of press cuttings from our promotion season of 1985-1986.

Supporters can also learn more about our new youth team players as individual profiles for each young footballer will be included in this edition of ‘The Stag’.

Sketcher Christian Carley has also produced a unique sketch of new forward, Chris Beardsley, as part of a seasonal series, where he depicts a member of our squad to print.

All this and much more will be inside your first edition of 'The Stag' this season.

‘The Stag’ costs just £3 and can be bought from programme sellers around the ground on matchday, the club shop and the merchandise stall outside the Sandy Pate Sports Bar.
