Notts Senior Cup Final at One Call Stadium tonight

30 April 2015

Basford United take on Clipstone for the chance to win silverware.

There is live football at One Call Stadium this evening, as Basford United take on Clipstone in the final of the Nottinghamshire Senior Cup.

Basford, who have former Aston Villa star Lee Hendrie in their ranks, go into the match as heavy favourites.

The Yellows have already won the Midland Football League this term – finishing six points ahead of their nearest challengers, so will be looking to complete a memorable ‘double’.

Local side Clipstone have also enjoyed plenty of success in recent weeks. The Cobras clinched the Northern Counties East League (Division One) title following a 1-0 win away at Winterton Rangers last time out, and have six out of their last seven league matches.

Kick-Off at One Call Stadium tonight is at 7.30pm. Admission to the game is £5 Adults, £2 Concessions. A family ticket (two adults, two children) is also available for  just £8.

Supporters arriving early will be able to enjoy a delicious meal in our Sandy Pate Sports Bar, which is open as a restaurant from midday with hot food served until 8.00pm.

Should it be required, extra-time and penalties will decide the result.
