Midfielder set for three-match ban following unsuccessful appeal.
Skipper/assistant manager is set to serve a three-match suspension following an unsuccessful appeal against the red card that he was shown in last Saturday’s match against Accrington Stanley.The midfielder, who has made over 200 appearances for us, was sent-off in the 82nd minute following a challenge on Stanley’s Rob Atkinson, whilst attempting to keep the ball in play.
The 33-year-old will next be available for selection for our Sky Bet League Two match against York City, which takes place on Saturday 25 October.
