Six players offered new deals at One Call Stadium…

Manager Paul Cox has offered six of his out-of-contract players new deals at Mansfield Town, as preparations begin for the 2014/15 campaign in Sky Bet League Two.

Winger Colin Daniel, who scored in the 1-0 victory at Bristol Rovers last weekend, joins Anthony Howell, Alan Marriott, Liam Marsden, Lindon Meikle and Jack Thomas in being offered new deals.

The club has activated clauses in the contracts of Chris Clements, Matt Rhead and Ritchie Sutton, which will keep them at One Call Stadium for next term.

The eight players already under contract for next season are Lee Beevers, Sam Clucas, John Dempster, Jamie McGuire, Adam Murray, Ollie Palmer, Martin Riley and Ryan Tafazolli.
