Our youngsters’ title hopes in the FCYA (Midland Division) suffered a setback this afternoon, as they were beaten 4-2 at NC Central (Nottingham).
The Stags trailed 3-0 after 36 minutes, but fought back bravely through goals from Ollie Roome (pictured) and Dan Fletcher either side of the half-time break.
However, an equaliser never materialised, and NC Central sealed victory in stoppage-time when Kyle Johnson jinked his way through and fired home from 20 yards.
