Wet weather and waterlogged pitches play havoc with youngsters’ fixture schedule.
Today’s youth team match against Corby Town has been postponed due to a waterlogged pitch.
The fixture was due to be played at Kirklington Road in Rainworth, but the pitch is currently unplayable due to heavy rain over the last few days.
Meanwhile, our H-K-L North Midlands League Cup tie against Handsworth tomorrow night has also been postponed for a fifth time due to a waterlogged pitch.
New dates for both fixtures will now be announced in due course.
