We are delighted to announce the signing of versatile teenager Michael Cain on a one-month loan from Championship side Leicester City.
The attacking midfielder, who was the subject of a six-figure fee when he made the switch to the King Power Stadium from Luton Town in 2011, has been a regular in the Foxesâ development squad this season.
âPlaying on a Saturday in the Football League gives me a chance to express myself and show what I can do and I really canât wait for the opportunity,â said Cain.
The 19-year-old added: âMy strengths as a player are that Iâm very good technically on the ball and Iâve got good set-piece deliveries.Â
âIâm not the biggest of players, but Iâve come here to adapt the physical side of my game. Hopefully, I can also help the team in scoring goals.â
The youngster will wear the number 24 shirt during his spell with us. His loan will expire at midnight on Friday 21 March.
