Ladies lose to local rivals in First Round tie.
Our ladies team have been eliminated from the FA Women’s Cup after slipping to a 2-1 defeat at local rivals Radcliffe Olympic this afternoon.The hosts, who led 1-0 at the interval, strengthened their advantage with a second goal shortly after the re-start.
Jemma Douglas pulled a goal back midway through the second half, but it proved to be too little, too late, as Olympic scored again late on to win 3-1.

The Stagettes return to action in the FA Women’s Premier League (Midland Division One) on Sunday 14 December, when they make the trip to Steel City Wanderers, who they beat on home soil earlier this season.
