Changing room meets players' approval

12 July 2013

Our new look home dressing room has been given the thumbs up in the playing camp, we can reveal today.

Both dressing rooms, physio room and referees' area have undergone a massive facelift this summer ahead of our return to the Football League.

The new home dressing room, a larger version of its predecessor, has individual player booths, and a more spacious shower/toilet area.

"It looks professional and more organised.  We hope it will help us on a matchday," said Louis Briscoe.

On the new home changing room, Ross Dyer added:  "It can be psychological [the improvement].  When you walk into a nice professional-looking dressing room, hopefully you can carry that out onto the pitch."

Earlier today, Stags Player took an exclusive look at some of the improvements made ahead of the new season.

Other installments include a new ticket office, players' tunnel and floodlights tallying to more than £140,000.
