Two of our youngsters featured for Carlton Town on Saturday, who began their Evo-Stik Division One (South) campaign with a victory over Bedworth United.
Goalkeeper Jordan Fell, 17, kept a clean-sheet and saved a penalty in a comfortable 2-0 success for Les McJannet’s side, whilst tricky winger Jordan Vilums, 19, appeared as a late substitute.
The duo are on loan at Stoke Lane in a bid to gain invaluable experience at senior level.Â
Vilums, who spent time on loan with the club last term, is eligible to stay with The Millers until Saturday 19th October.
