The 24-year-old, who has already won two caps at international level, has enjoyed a fine start to the season and scored a brace against Kidderminster Harriers to help us record our first victory of the campaign. Meikle’s last England call-up came three months ago when he was a member of the squad that suffered a heavy defeat against Russia at the Arena Khimki in Moscow.
