Mansfield Town under-18s will make the short journey to Nottingham this Saturday to face local rivals Notts County at Highfields Sports Complex (11am kick-off).
The Stags go into the fixture off the back of a thrilling FA Youth Cup victory over Rotherham United at One Call Stadium last week.
Two goals late in extra time from Rio Molyneaux and substitute Ryan Ingram sealed victory against the ten-man Millers.
Strikes from Joshua Scott and Nathan Saunders had seen the Stags ahead before the visitors equalised late on in regular time of the contest.
The young guns made their numerical advantage count as they struck late on in the additional 30 minutes to book their place in the next round.
Saturday's opponents will be boosted by their resounding 5-1 win at Huddersfield Town last time out, a victory which saw them rise to third in the Youth Alliance standings.
The last time the two sides met, the amber and blue won in resounding fashion. A brace from Jimmy Knowles and goals from Jamie Chisholm and Nathan Caine fired the Stags to an emphatic 4-0 victory.
The win saw the Stags regain the Matt Salmon trophy, in memory of the former physiotherapist who sadly passed away in 2017.
The young guns will retain the trophy if they avoid defeat on Saturday.
Supporters are welcome to attend the game at the following venue: Highfield Sports Complex, University Boulevard, Nottingham, NG7 2PS.
