The Stags are back in Sky Bet League Two action again this Saturday (08 October) away at Barrow (3pm kick-off). Here’s all you need to know…
When asked about injuries after Stags’ 6-5 penalty shootout win over Derby in midweek, boss Nigel Clough said: “John-Joe [O’Toole] has had quite a few stitches, it was quite a deep and wide cut. The doctor has stitched it up. It looks very neat indeed. We’ll see how he is [for the Barrow game].
“Everybody is always in it [considered for the matchday squad] because we only have 18 [or] 19 [players]. Everyone is always in our thoughts.
“[It’s] Lovely to see Jason Law back on the pitch and Hiram Boateng, [We’ll] just see how he is in the next couple of days.”
The referee for this Saturday's match will be Tom Nield. Mr. Nield will be assisted by Simon Clayton, Conor Brown and fourth official, Aaron Jackson.
