24-year-old Australian-born Kyle Nix began his career as a young professional at both Manchester United and Aston Villa before joining Sheffield United in 2005.
After his stint at Bramall Lane he moved to non-league Buxton where he played six times and in 2007 the left winger was offered a short term contract at Bradford City by manager Stuart McCall - who knew Nix from his time at Sheffield United.
Nix netted on his debut for the Bantams in a Carling Cup tie against Wolverhampton Wanderers and made his league debut three days later at Shrewsbury Town.
After an impressive run of performances for Bradford City he was offered a longer deal which kept him at the club until the end of the 2008/2009 season.
Now in his second season at Field Mill, Nix also brings international experience to the club having represented England from U16s through to U20s. Whilst playing for the U17s he scored twice in a 4-0 victory over the Faroe Islands whilst playing in the Nordic International tournament in 2002.
