Westlife have announced that they will be supported by sensational breakthrough band, Wonderland, on the final English date of their tour at Field Mill Stadium, home of Mansfield Town Football Club, on Saturday 21 August 2010.

Wonderland, formed by Louis Walsh and Westlife band member, Kian Egan, have just signed their first record deal - reportedly for £1m - and are busy recording their first album.

The group have already appeared on the legendary Irish talk show, The Late Late Show, which famously launched Boyzone to superstardom

Wonderland are already making a reality show which is set to feature backstage footage of the girls on tour.  The two-part series, to be entitled The Management, is expected to be broadcast on ITV2 in October 2010.

Chantal, from Worksop, said: "I'm really excited that Wonderland are supporting Westlife.  I bought my ticket hoping that we would get to see them as well.It really makes a concert more special when you see a band in their early days because years later you can tell your friends 'I was there'."

Rosie, from Eastwood, agreed: "I've heard them singing 'When Stars Go Blue', they were awesome, so I hope they'll sing it in Mansfield."

Director of Mansfield Town Football Club, Steve Hymas, said:  "Westlife are such an extraordinary band that we are experiencing a big demand for tickets.Now that we have secured Wonderland for Westlife's final concert on the English leg of the tour, we know it will be a fantastic night."
