Manager Paul Cox has been quick to arrange two behind closed doors friendlies for the forthcoming weeks.

Our first team will now enjoy a two-week break from league action but will participate in the aforementioned friendlies along with trialists and youth players.

At this morning's press meeting, the manager revealed that a Mansfield Town X1 would take on Eastwood Town tomorrow evening in a behind closed-doors match.  In addition, a mix of first and youth players will also entertain Notts County on Tuesday January 17 at Field Mill.

We are also delighted to announce that steps have been taken to allow us to compete in a reserve league next season.  More details will follow as and when they happen.
