Boss David Holdsworth has today moved to quash rumours linking him to the vacant manager's post at Notts County.

Speculation intensified over the weekend linking Holdsworth to Meadow Lane, but the 41 year old insisted at today's press meeting that he is staying at Field Mill.



He said: "I can categorically say that I have not had an interview at Notts County.

"I don't know where people get these rumours from. I have commited myself to Mr Perry (Chairman) and the club on a four year contract and we haven't had a discussion about any other football club while I've been here.
