Recreation Ground
Bridge Road,
Grays,
Essex,

Distance to Ground
165.7 miles
Parking
There are no parking facilities at the ground, but there is some street parking to be found in the roads opposite the main entrance. Alternatively there is a multi storey car park in the town centre which is a short walk away from the ground.
Eating out
There are kiosks located around the ground where you can purchase a variety of foods, including burgers, hot dogs, bacon rolls plus hot and cold drinks. The club bar has recently been voted the best in non-league. The bar has big screen viewing, plus two TV's, a darts board, pool tables, fruit and games machines as well as a juke box. This fair sized bar has been previously listed in the CAMRA Good Beer Guide and at the time was the only football club to be featured in the guide that covers the whole of the UK. The entrance to the bar is located next to the main entrance to the ground on Bridge Road.
Mine's a pint
The town centre is only a ten minute walk away from the ground so you will be able to find a few eating outlets. There is little in the way of pubs, however. Across the road from the main entrance to the ground is a pub called the Bricklayers Arms and comes highly recommended. You are probably best though to head for the club's bar.
Stopping over in Grays?
There is a premier Inn located around three miles away from the ground, the telephone number is 0870 197 7253. There is also a Travel Lodge called Thurrock M25 Hotel, here you will also find a Harry Ramsdens and a Burger King. Or there is the Palms Hotel which is situated in Hornchurch, South West Essex on the A127, and is just two miles from J29 of the M25.

The third road on the right is Bradbourne Road, which takes you down to the entrance to the away end. For the Main entrance and Club Bar instead, continue along Clarence Road and follow it around to the right which goes into Bridge Street. The entrance is down on the right.
