There is a fair sized car park at the ground, which costs £2 per car to park in (plus motorbikes £2, minibuses £5, coaches £10). 

Eating out:

Apart from Strikers which is located at the ground behind the South Stand, and Seasons Bistro there is no where to eat around the ground. Seasons Bistro offers pre-match meals to both home and away supporters for around £7.00. Alternatively, if you're travelling with children or want to grab something to eat, try the Needle and Awl which has a wacky Warehouse attached. Located between Higham Ferrers and Rushden, it'll take you under ten minutes to get to the ground by car. Travelling on the A6 towards Rushden, take a right at the roundabout heading towards Wellingborough on the A45. The Needle and Awl is located just off the A45. At the roundabout junction with the A5001 and B645, take the first left onto the B645 and then first right into Brindley Close.

There are no pubs within the immediate vicinity of the stadium. However there is the Strikers Bar at the ground itself. The centre of Irthlingborough is around a ten minutes walk from the ground and has a couple of pubs including The Bull which is closest to the ground and therefore tends to be most popular with away fans. A little further up the High Street is the Oliver Twist pub, Horseshoe Inn and on Baker Street is the British Arms.

Stopping over in Northants?

One of the nearest places to stay close to the ground is the Green Dragon Hotel in Higham Ferrers which is a pub offering accommodation. There is also a Travel Lodge situated around two miles away from the ground, the telephone number is 0871 984 6115.

Travel information

Train:

The nearest railway station is in Wellingborough, which is approximately five miles away, it is served by trains from Nottingham. It is advisable to take a taxi to the ground which should cost around £8.00.  Or you can make the 15 to 20 minute walk into Wellingborough where you can catch the 45 bus from Church Street. On leaving the station, walk all the way along Midland Road. At the top of Midland Road carry on into Market Street until you reach the crossroads. Take a left into Church Street and walk to Bay E. The journey takes 15 minutes and you can buy a day rider ticket which costs around £2.20 for unlimited travel.
