Help support Prostate Cancer UK and complete a short survey for a chance to win a special prize.

Mansfield Town are supporting The Football League’s Charity Partner over the course of the season. This will include a featured matchday on Saturday 28 March when York City are the visitors to One Call Stadium.
 
Ahead of the game, Prostate Cancer UK would like to understand how much Stags' fans know about prostate cancer and their risk. They would like to learn about fans' experiences of the disease, and also hear about your football friendships.
 
They have created a short survey which they would like our supporters to complete and those that do will be entered into a draw to be Guest of Honour on the match day.
