Lambe, McGuire, Heslop, Palmer and Fisher all set to play at Glanford Park.
New signing Reggie Lambe is set to participate in todayâs Final Third Development League (East Division) match at Scunthorpe United. The 23-year-old will make the journey to Glanford Park in a squad which also includes midfielders Jamie McGuire and Simon Heslop, and frontmen Ollie Palmer and Alex Fisher.
An un-named trialist will also be in our squad.
Assistant manager Adam Murray said: âWeâve got a few lads who havenât had much game-time over the last couple of weeks and lads that need their fitness [levels] topping up a bit, so itâll be a fairly strong side for us.
âThere are a couple of youth team lads whoâll be in there, but I think weâve got six or seven of the first team boys, maybe more, going up. Itâll be a tough game, but good to get some competitive minutes into the lads.â
He added: âWeâre also having a look at one trialist, just to run our eyes over him in a game and see how he stands up.â
Meanwhile, in injury news, playmaker Chris Clements, who limped out of Saturdayâs victory over Carlisle United, could be out of action for up to four weeks.
