Mansfield Town have been handed a trip to Tranmere Rovers in the Capital One Cup First Round.
The match is set to take place on w/c August 5th, and further details regarding the fixture will be announced in due course.
The draw means that full-back Paul Black, whom we signed from Rovers last month, will make a quick return to Prenton Park in this clash against his former employers.
Our last trip to Tranmere was in April 2003, when goals from Gary Jones, Simon Haworth and Jason Price consigned us to a 3-1 defeat.
