The game was postponed on Saturday after more heavy snow had fallen over Mansfield.
Meanwhile, every effort is being made to ensure tomorrow night's match goes ahead at home to Nuneaton Town. Members of the Royal Air Force, along with our youth team and volunteers began to clear snow from the pitch at 9.15am this morning.
Cpl. Gary Whitworth of RAF Wittering told mansfieldtown.net: "“I’ve supported Mansfield all my life and don’t want the weather to stop our chances of promotion.
“We’ve not got much on at the minute [work-wise] so I thought I’d ask a few of our lads to come and help clear the snow following the club’s appeal, which they were happy to do.”
