Mansfield Town manager Adam Murray has today signed a contract with the club, the Stags are pleased to announce.
The Stagsâ chairman John Radford and Adam Murray had verbally agreed a new contract in May this year, which has since been drawn up and signed at One Call Stadium this afternoon.
The length of contract has not been revealed.
âObviously contracts will be kept private between the manager and the club, but I am pleased with the contract he has signed, as is Adam,â said chairman John Radford.
âI have a lot of confidence in Adam. I trust him and I feel he trusts me. I have a lot of faith in him and we have a really good working relationship.
âAdam and I spoke at the beginning of the season about the contract. We have both been very busy and this has been the first moment weâve both had to put pen to paper. Weâve done exactly what we said weâd do and have honoured our word, [the delay] has been a time issue.
âItâ [provides] security on both sides,â he added.
