Young guns to start FCYA (Midland Division) campaign with a trip to Football CV Reds.
Our youth team’s second set of fixtures for the new season have been revealed.The Stags will be hoping to go one better in the FCYA (Midland Division), having finished as runners-up last term, and will once again compete in an 11-team league.
The 2014/15 campaign commences with a trip to FootballCV Reds on Wednesday 10 September, whilst our first home match is exactly a week later against Evesham United.
Arguably our toughest opponents will be near-neighbours Ilkeston, whom we face at home on Wednesday 10 December and away on Wednesday 29 April - the final day of the season, respectively.
Home matches in the FCYA (Midland Division) will be played at Kirklington Road (Rainworth Miners Welfare) at 2.00pm on Wednesdays, unless otherwise stated.
As previously confirmed, our youth team will compete in both the FL Youth Alliance and FCYA (Midland Division) this season. A development squad will also participate in the H-K-L North Midlands League.
Meanwhile, our young guns will host Guiseley in the FCYA League Cup First Round, which takes place on Saturday 12 November.
