Important notice to season ticket holders

29 August 2014

Essential information ahead of tomorrow’s home match with Burton Albion.

Following our recent apology regarding season ticket holders, whose cards were affected prior to entry at One Call Stadium for our first two home matches in Sky Bet League Two this term, we wish to issue the following notice to all season ticket holders.

Those season ticket holders, whose season cards didn't work and who didn’t hand in their season cards at either of our last home two fixtures (versus Oxford United on Saturday 16 August or Newport County on Tuesday 19 August) are requested to bring their season cards to the main ticket office prior to tomorrow’s home match with Burton Albion.

You will be issued with a temporary match ticket for tomorrow’s fixture, whilst over the next few days, all season cards not yet handed in to us will be re-printed.

Those supporters who have already handed in their season cards will have a separate booth to collect their new season cards (signposted season tickets), which will be adjacent to matchday ticket office outside the club shop.

For clarity, only season ticket holders whose season cards didn't work and weren't handed in at either of our last two Sky Bet League Two home matches, need to hand in their cards so that it can be re-printed. Until this is done, due to a technical fault in the system, your current card won't work at the turnstiles.

Our ticket office will be open from 10.00am tomorrow morning and supporters are requested to arrive as early as possible to help ease any potential queues.

Mansfield Town F.C. wish to apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause for supporters and thank all season ticket holders, whose support we greatly appreciate, for their understanding and patience on this issue.
