The Sandy Pate Sports Bar is anticipating a busy week with plenty of entertainment and live football set to take place.
On TUESDAY, a burger with a pint is priced at £5.95 which is a fantastic deal to take advantage of. Furthermore, German giants Bayern Munich host Atletico Madrid in the UEFA Champions League semi-final second leg at the Allianz Arena (7.45pm). Atletico won the first leg 1-0 thanks to Saul Niguez's superb solo goal so Pep Guardiola's side have work to do to reach the final in what will be the Spaniard's last game in charge.
WEDNESDAY plays host to our poker night – like every day this week, it will be free entry. Meanwhile, there’s more European action as Manchester City travel to Real Madrid (7.45pm). To progress into the final, City need to score at the Bernabeu which no other club has done in the Champions League this season.
On THURSDAY, there will be a reward for the loyalty of our ardent fans, as the club will make a cash draw in the bar which happens every week. A mammoth £850 can be won this week so make sure you get yourselves down!Â
A season ticket number will be picked at THREE random times between the hours of 7pm and 9pm every Thursday. To be in with a chance of winning the cash prize, season ticket holders must be present in the bar with their season ticket card.Â
And the fantastic football continues with Europa League action with Liverpool welcoming Villarreal to Anfield (8.05pm) as they look to overturn a 1-0 deficit.
Supporters are reminded that breakfast will also be served on FRIDAY and SATURDAY from 8am-11am. There’s bacon rolls or full English breakfasts plus many more options just minutes away from your taste buds!
Also on FRIDAY, popular Elvis Presley tribute act ‘Memphis Flash’ will be coming to One Call Stadium once again. At the age of 19, Memphis was voted as the best Elvis tribute act in the East Midlands which is some achievement, and has continually entertained on previous visits to the Sandy Pate Sports Bar.
He’s renowned for putting smiles on faces of young and old people, with the latter reminiscing back to when Presley was in his prime.
Entry to the night with Memphis Flash is completely FREE.
