Winger suspended until game against Tranmere Rovers in mid-April.
Winger Junior Brown is set to serve a four-game suspension following his red card in last Saturdayâs game against Hartlepool United.
The 25-year-old was sent-off on the hour mark in the defeat at Victoria Park after accidentally colliding with Poolsâ goalscorer Brad Walker.
It was Brownâs second red of the season, as he was also dismissed whilst playing for Oxford United in a League Cup match against West Bromwich Albion in August.
âWe havenât really got any complaints on the incident,â said manager Adam Murray.
âIt looked a lot worse than it was and Junior isnât that kind of player or person to go in and intentionally hurt somebody, but their ladâs head has gone down, Juniorâs foot has gone high and the collision has happened.
âWeâre obviously ridiculously gutted with the four-game ban. Itâs a massive loss for us, but weâve got enough players in the squad that can come in and do a job.â
Brownâs suspension, coupled with Reggie Lambe being away on international duty with Bermuda and Jeffrey Monakana returning to Brighton & Hove Albion following his loan, means we only have one wide man available for selection for Saturdayâs home game against York City.
Murray added: âItâs come at the wrong time to be honest. Reggie went away on Sunday and heâs not back until next Monday, so weâll miss him on Saturday too.
âIt limits our creative options and a little bit of our attacking threat, so weâll have to re-invent ourselves a little bit and try and get through the next few weeks as best as we possibly can.â
