Furthermore, Park Lane Self Drive are opening up a brand new branch on Ratcliffe Gate in Mansfield, which will be opening soon. 

Bill Rogerson, managing director of Park Lane Self Drive, believes the partnership with Stags will increase the brand awareness for the company. 

"Brand awareness is huge for us; we're trying to build a brand, build a name for ourselves and move in to the area as the top vehicle hire company in Mansfield," Mr Rogerson said. 

"I'm a massive football fan and for us, a small company, to support a league club is a massive achievement."

Following the securing of the partnership, the company provided the club with a van for head groundsman/kit man Michael Merriman to transport the kit to away games in and Mr Rogerson wants to grow the partnership in the future to provide the club with more vehicles. 

"The main aim is to expand the partnership so we can provide the club with a number of vehicles and become more of a main sponsor."

Stags' commercial manager Paul Nyland is pleased to have agreed the partnership with the local company.

"We would like to welcome Park Lane Self Drive to Mansfield Town as a commercial partner.," Paul said.

"I firmly believe that our partnership will grow as we both work together to enhance the brands of both Mansfield Town Football Club and Park Lane Self Drive.
