It’s not just football that takes place at One Call Stadium, we also have a number of entertainment shows in our hospitality suites!
First up in the 1861 Suite is local band ‘Green Date’ who perform all of the hits from American rock band Green Day.
Since the arrival of Grammy award-winning album American Idiot, ‘Green Date’ have gone from strength-to-strength and regularly play gigs which last up to two-and-a-half hours.
All of the band members are gifted musicians in their own right, but have come together to form the fantastic tribute band.
Doors open at 7.30pm on Saturday 04 March for the highly-anticipated gig and tickets cost just £10.
Then in April, Europe’s number one Oasis tribute ‘Oasish’ take to the 1861 Suite stage for a night of pure entertainment.
Costing just £10 per person, doors will open at 7.30pm on Saturday 29 April for the closest thing to the reformation of Noel and Liam Gallagher’s once enormous band.
‘Oasish’ are the only Oasis tribute band in the world to use a live string quartet as they perform hits such as Supersonic, Wonderwall, Some Might Say and many more.
Since forming in 2004, ‘Oasish’ have played venues all over the world and have played the famous ‘Glastonbudget’, the tribute band festival every year.
We are pleased to announce that ‘Counterfeit Quo’ will be coming to One Call Stadium on Saturday 13 May (doors open at 7.30pm).
Singing massive Status Quo hits such as Rockin’ All Over The World, the quartet of die-hard Quo fans deliver dynamic performances which could be mistaken for the real thing!
The band have previously had the honour of working with original Quo drummer John Coghlan and has been given the seal of approval from no less than Quo’s very own Francis Rossi and the late, great, Rick Parfitt. Tickets for the event cost just £10 per person.
Our final event for the first half of 2017 is the fantastic Tony Lewis, who embodies the superstar that is Robbie Williams.
Since becoming a professional Robbie Williams tribute act in 2002, ‘tonyasrobbie’ has performed everywhere from Blackpool to the Caribbean!
Tony will grace the 1861 Suite stage on Friday 09 June from 7.30pm and he will be performing hits such as Angels, Rock DJ, Candy and many more from Robbie’s 10 UK number one albums.
