We have become the first EFL club to agree a partnership with innovative new phone charging business InstaCharge.
InstaCharge have developed a one-time charger for Apple and Android devices which gives users up to 38% battery life.
We are currently stocking InstaCharge devices at all of our matchday kiosks, the club shop and the Sandy Pate Sports Bar which supporters can purchase for just £3.50.
Sukh Gill, managing director of InstaCharge, is delighted to be able to have his product at One Call Stadium and is appreciative of the club for giving his company the opportunity to advertise the charger.
“We know there’s a big need out there in the hospitality sector and sports stadiums because everybody’s falling short of battery," Mr Gill said.
“We’re grateful to Mansfield Town for the opportunity to get our product into the stadium and we think the partnership will be beneficial to both parties.”
InstaCharge have their product in over 160 venues across London, including bars, clubs and convenience stores and Mr Gill hopes the partnership with the Stags will help them to place the chargers into stadiums nationwide and across Europe.
“We see a natural chain of progression. We want to grow throughout the football pyramid and we know that no-one wants to be a ‘guinea pig’, but Mansfield have given us this opportunity and allowed us to showcase our product.
“It takes up minimal room, no one likes a bulky charger. Our ultimate goal is to be able to repay Mansfield Town by becoming a major sponsor in years to come.”

“We’ve all been in a position where you’re running low on battery, especially at football matches, and you’re stuck without a plug socket available, so by us making InstaCharge available to supporters, it solves that problem.

“I purchased one at our match against Yeovil when I was running low on battery and the response from supporters over the first few home matches has been excellent. A number of fans have already taken advantage of them.”
