A first time guide to One Call Stadium

Supporters who are wishing to attend this Saturday’s home match against Portsmouth are encouraged to read the below information to make your visit to One Call Stadium as easy as possible.

Where to buy tickets

The easiest place to buy tickets is online from www.stagstickets.co.uk. Supporters can choose their stand, row and seat and checkout quickly and easily on our tickets site. 

You also have the option to ‘print at home’ or, if you don’t have the capacity to print off your own tickets, you can opt to collect from One Call Stadium. 

Supporters can also buy tickets in person from One Call Stadium by going to the main ticket office on Quarry Lane.

Matchday ticket office

Our matchday ticket office – situated next to the main ticket office at One Call Stadium – will be operating a specific window system for this weekend’s game. 



Window one: This will be a card only window where supporters can choose which seat they would like to sit in. 

Window two: This will be a card only window where supporters can choose which seat they would like to sit in.

Window three: This will be a cash only window where supporters can choose which seat they would like to sit in.

Window four: This will be a cash only window where supporters can choose which seat they would like to sit in.

Window five: This will be used as a fast lane where supporters can pay with cash only and they have no choice in seat. The available blocks are: Ian Greaves Stand (lower tier) block B, Ian Greaves Stand (upper tier) block R, Quarry Lane End block B and limited pairs of family tickets.

Price of the tickets

Prices of tickets vary depending on which stand you sit in and whether you book in advance or not. 

Prices for each stand are as follows: 

Ian Greaves Stand (Upper Tier):

Adults: £20 (in advance) | £22 (matchday)
Senior Citizens (60+): £16 (in advance) | £18 (matchday)
Young Adults (18-21): £15 (in advance) | £17 (matchday)
Junior (7-17): £12 (in advance) | £15 (matchday)
Six and Under: FREE

Ian Greaves Stand (Lower Tier):

Adults: £18 (in advance) | £20 (matchday)
Senior Citizens (60+): £14 (in advance) | £16 (matchday)
Young Adults (18-21): £13 (in advance) | £15 (matchday)
Junior (7-17): £10 (in advance) | £12 (matchday)
Six and Under: FREE

Quarry Lane End:

Adults: £15 with membership card (must be purchased in advance of matchday) | £18 without membership card (purchased in advance of matchday) | £20 matchday price 
Senior Citizens (60+): £10 with membership card (must be purchased in advance of matchday) | £14 without membership card (purchased in advance of matchday) | £16 matchday price 
Young Adults (18-21): £10 with membership card (must be purchased in advance of matchday) | £14 without membership card (purchased in advance of matchday) | £15 matchday price 
Junior (7-17): £5 with membership card (must be purchased in advance of matchday) | £10 without membership card (purchased in advance of matchday) | £12 matchday price 
Six and Under: FREE

Family tickets



We have a designated family block at One Call Stadium where Stags’ fans and their children can watch the game in a family-friendly atmosphere. 

One adult and one child can watch Saturday’s game from Block A of the Ian Greaves Stand (lower tier) for just £18. That offers a huge saving of up to £18 if tickets were bought elsewhere in the stadium!

Where to park



Parking at One Call Stadium must be booked in advance of matchday at a cost of £5 per car. There are a few car parks close by, however, where you will be able park. These include:

The Dairy Crest on Quarry Lane: This is situated 500 yards away from One Call Stadium and only charges £3 for a day ticket. All money raised is donated to charity. 

Robin Hood Line station car park- Situated over the footbridge on the opposite side of the retail park, supporters can purchase a day ticket for £4 in the station car park. 

Where to eat

The Sandy Pate Sports Bar will be open from 9.00am on Saturday and they will be serving their full breakfast menu until 11.00am. 



After that, the matchday menu will be available for supporters to enjoy. Available food includes: burgers, hot dogs, chips, hot pies and a daily special. 

Please note, the Sandy Pate Sports Bar is open to home fans only on Saturday. 

There are also a handful of fast food restaurants surrounding One Call Stadium, with McDonalds, Burger King and KFC all being within a 10-minute radius of the stadium.  

Also just a short distance from the stadium is Mansfield Leisure Park where supporters can enjoy a Nandos, Bella Italia or Chiquito.

The Kevin Bird Suite will be open from 12pm on Saturday afternoon for home supporters in the Ian Greaves Stand upper tier to enjoy a pre-match drink. Entry to the Kevin Bird Suite is gained via the wooden doors to the left of the merchandise stall, outside the Sandy Pate Sports Bar

When does the stadium Open?

This week’s opening times for the One Call Stadium ticket office are as follows:

Wednesday: 10.00am-5pm
Thursday and Friday: 10.00am-7pm
Saturday: 9.00am until kick off

Please note, the turnstiles at One Call Stadium will open at 2.00pm on Saturday.

Directions to the Stadium

Train: Mansfield train station is only a five-minute walk from One Call Stadium, which will be visible when you get off the train. Cross over the bridge towards Burger King and then head towards One Call Stadium via Portland Street, then turn right onto Quarry Lane where you will reach the ground. 

Bus: The bus station is situated next to the train station and, therefore, the walking route to One Call Stadium is the same as from the train station. 

Car: One Call Stadium is situated on Quarry Lane in Mansfield. Those who will be using a SatNav will need to use the postcode: NG18 5DA.

Safety notices

The gate between the North Stand and the Ian Greaves Stand will be shut from 12noon until 5.15pm on Saturday, following police advice. 

Therefore, supporters wishing to gain entry to other parts of the stadium will be required to walk around One Call Stadium, via Portland Street. 



Supporters are reminded that they should refrain from entering the playing surface at any time on Saturday. 

If any supporter is found to have entered the field of play, they could be subject to ejection from the stadium and possible criminal charges. 

In addition to this, The FA have previously charged clubs up to £200,000 by Regulatory Commissions in regards to pitch invasions.
