Travel guide: Macclesfield Town

Stags travel to the Moss Rose on Saturday to face Macclesfield for our next fixture in Sky Bet League Two (3pm kick-off). Going to the game? Here's your comprehensive travel guide...

The Silkmen play their matches at the Moss Rose, which holds a capacity of 6,335 (2,599 seats).

The 52-mile journey should take approximately one hour and 31 minutes by car. the postcode for the ground is SK11 7SP.

Alternatively, the Stags' Supporters Association will be providing family-friendly coach travel to the Moss Rose. Prices are as follows:

Amber Members £15
Blue Members £20
Non-members £25

The coach will depart One Call Stadium car park at 11.30am. To book your seat, call the SSA hotline on 07967 689597.

For supporters looking for a bite to eat before the game, the Keith Alexander Bar at the ground offers food and drink to home and away supporters. There are two pubs within a ten-minute walk from the ground, which are the Golden Lion and the Railway View. 

Inside the ground, the usual food and drink is available for supporters, including locally-sourced pies.

There is also ample street parking in the immediate areas around the ground.

Stags received an initial allocation of 700 tickets for the match, which have now sold out. However, tickets are still available to purchase from Macclesfield. For more information about Macclesfield tickets, click here.
