Last week’s match against Notts County was our dedicated game for the ‘Know The Score’ campaign.
Know The Score is a bowel cancer charity who are supported by the PFA (Players Football Association).
Throughout football, ‘Star of Hope’ badges are being worn during the campaign, which is supported by the PFA, League Managers Association, the Men’s Health Forum and leading bowel cancer charities.

Community champion: Jack Thomas
Stags’ midfielder jack Thomas received his Community Champion award for his dedicated work in the community before last week’s win over Notts County.
During the season, Jack has been attending Football in the Community activities and getting involved in various projects.
These activities and projects include the school sports project, presentations for our 50/50 penalty shootout and much more.
To make the occasion special, Football in the Community asked Jack’s former Woodhouse Colts manager Pete Taylor to present him with the award as a surprise.
